Cannes Lions 2021 : Day 4 of awards and winnings!

FCB Interface Communications on Day 4 at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity picked Lion in Brand & Activation (not-for-profit/charity/ government) category once again for ‘The Punishing Signal’ campaign.

Honking has been a severe problem in our country and to teach people a lesson on #StopHonking, Mumbai Police and FCB Interface collaborated for Mumbai’s reckless honker. In this campaign which was launched on January 2020,  a passive street signal turned into a Punishing Signal and taught Mumbaikars - how to #HonkResponsibly.

Creative Team : Fred Levron, Robby Mathew, Mukesh Jadhav, Rakesh Menon, Ravi Ananthan, Mayuresh Vengurlekar, and Siddharth Kutty, while media was managed by Dhruv Jha and Amit Raina.

Dentsu Webchutney on Day 4 at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2021 picked a Bronze Lion for Swiggy Instamart’s ‘The Better Half Recipes’ campaign under the Creative eCommerce (cultural insight) category and has already won seven lions till date.

Swiggy launched an innovative cookbook with the idea to bring more equality into the kitchen by splitting the recipes and the work between two partners who equally should get a chance to cook delicious food and Swiggy Instamart asked people to send their partner's picture. The brand then launched “Better Half Earpodcast” to listen to the recipes. 

The 8-bit Journo campaign has been continuously winning at Cannes Lions and added a Bronze Lion today under the Mobile Lions Category. The campaign is created by Dentsu Webchutney for Vice Media.

The campaign had earlier won three Silver and one Bronze Lions.

On Day 4, Cheil India picked its first Silver Lion for its ‘Now, Words Aren't Just Heard’ campaign for Samsung.

The campaign consists of two interfaces: one regular, and other for the deafblind. It translates voice and text messages into Morse Code vibrations, helping the deafblind community.
