Canon India to hold Pan India workshops along with exciting offers.

Imaging giant Canon India has organized several exciting offers and workshops across the country, to add to the ongoing festive fervor. Celebrating 20 years of its existence in the country, Canon India is continuing its endeavor ofinnovation and customer delight, with increased enthusiasm.

Sharing his thoughts, Mr. Kazutada Kobayashi, President and CEO, Canon India said, “Festive season is that time of the year when celebrations are in full spirit. The ‘Motorola Headsets’ offer would continue till the stock lasts and the ‘Make My Trip’ offer would continue till the 15th November, 2017. In the consumer printers segment, Canon is providing 1 + 2 black bottles of inks as promo under an ATL campaign of PIXMA G series printers, which can give up to 18000 prints.

Aimed at bringing photography aficionados under one roof and nurturing their passion for the imaging world, Canon India has organized photography workshops, dealer meets and is participating in photo fairs across the country.

The southern region of the country is witnessing multiple dealer meets in Chennai, Hyderabad and various other Tier II and Tier III cities. Citizens in the regions of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana will get to see hoardings, raising the spirit of festivities. Roadshows are the ultimate field events. The purpose of roadshows is to take our company’s message and brand on the road. Roadshows are planned across cities in the region to increase brand awareness and product knowledge.

In the northern cities, photo fairs have been organized in Ludhiana, Lucknow, Rajasthan and Jammu to showcase the brilliance of aspiring/professional photographers. Likewise, photography workshops will be held in select Canon Image Square stores, schools and colleges and wedding photographers with an objective to reach out to every citizen that holds an enthusiasm for photography. Festive decor branding will take place at all the CIS stores across the region and not only just decor branding, a festival connect will be established with the customers through in shop branding and hoarding placements in many tier 2 and 3 cities all across the region, for better and enhanced connect with the B to B category. Partner meets, jobber meets & roadshows are being organized in the tier 2 and 3 cities.

In the western region of the country, Canon will be organizing special wedding photography workshops in the cities of Mumbai, Pune, Jalgaon, Chiplun, Surat and Raipur. Inclusive of wedding photography workshops, a beginner’s level photography workshop would also be held at various corporates along with the photo exhibitions in Mumbai, Ahmednagar, Goa, Indore, Neemuch and Durg.  Participation in several college festivals is being organized to strengthen the awareness of photography among the youth. To enhance the brand visibility at the multi brand retail outlets a special branding drive is being organized in various outlets in cities like Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Indore, Ahmedabad and various tier 2 & 3 cities. Along with this, to increase awareness on the newly launched color photocopier range, live Product demonstrations are being organized through Jobber exhibitions at tier 2 and tier 3 cities.

In the Eastern part of the nation, Canon has initiated a mass drive on retail branding, strengthening product visibility and outreach among major channel platforms. This retail drive would also support consumer products shelf share in the cities, across the region. Wedding workshops and genre based workshops like fashion, clinical, would also cover the tier II and Tier III towns, like Assansol, Coochbehar in West Bengal, Angul and Khurda in Odisha, Mujaffarpur and Gaya in Bihar, Ranchi, Jamshedpur and Dhanbad in Jharkhand along with Imphal and Dimapur in North East.  EOS academy workshops are being organized at the leading education institutes along with several corporate workshops, bringing the respective audiences closer to the world of photography. The company will also be participating in local fairs like Ranchi Photo Expo and Burdwan Expo, to showcase their products in addition to customer connect programs through Jobbers and Customer meets for its BIS products, aimed at enhancing Mikoshi sales in the Jobbers segment.
