Castrol ACTIV salutes heroes who are making a difference while staying at home
Castrol Activ, engine oil brand for two-wheelers, today announced the launch of its new campaign, #HangUpYourKeys, applauding the efforts of the people who are helping communities during such testing times. The film showcases real-life stories of young Indians making a difference in these challenging times, even while at home.
#HangUpYourKeys – a consumer awareness campaign, urges people to park their vehicles and extend their support in this fight against the global pandemic by staying at home, yet doing their bit for society and protect what they love.
Commenting on the campaign, Sandeep Sangwan Managing Director, Castrol India said, “With the country amid a lockdown in these unprecedented times, we are thankful to extraordinary people including the medical fraternity and essential service workers working tirelessly to help us fight this pandemic. As a brand, we have always encouraged youth of India to be catalysts of change and protect what they love. We hope to build on this positive spirit through #HangUpYourKeys by showcasing inspirational stories, which will encourage others to also do their bit even while they are safe at home.”
Castrol Activ will be urging people to join this drive and share their personal stories or of those who they know who are doing inspirational work during this lockdown as they #HangUpYourKeys

This campaign not only highlights truckers’ efforts and contribution in keeping India moving by ensuring the supply of essential products throughout the country in these tough times, but also allows people from across India to send across goodwill messages to them.
In these trying times, let us say thank you to those who go out and do their jobs every day, including the trucker community. We #SaluteTruckers for keeping the country in motion as #IndiaFightsCorona pic.twitter.com/HXY8SGpSvP
