The movie beautifully captures how their love chronicles after they get married. An interesting turn of events takes place as Shalu works hard to win over her mother-in-law with the support of her brother-in-law Vicky (Salman Khan). However Kamla is in for a shocking revelation as she learns of Shalu’s true identity. Will Kamla accept Shalu as her daughter-in-law?  

Biwi Ho Toh Aisi is the story of admitting mistakes, learning lessons, realising that things are not always as they seem and that focusing on the good in people can bring about absolutely remarkable revelations. Rekha and Farooq Shaikh's brilliant performance completely bolsters the unique plot of the film. This entertaining hit is directed by J.K. Bihari.
