Celebrate doing nothing with a Seinfeld Binge on World Nothing Day

Quoting William Shakespeare'All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players'. And this stage seldom allows us the time to relax. Life’s hustle is real and most of the time we find it tough to take out time for ourselves for self-introspection and mental healing. To fight these life blues, Nothing Day was proposed in the US in 1972 by Teacher Jothy Narayanasamy and from the next year January 16 is being observed as ‘Nothing Day’. The aim was to provide the public one day when they can just sit without celebrating, observing or honouring anything. Continuing the legacy and the importance of the Day Zee Café has announced special programming for this Sunday, 16th January. The channel will be broadcasting a day-long binge of the much-loved comedy show Seinfeld with which viewers can sit back at home lazing in front of the Television and can celebrate doing ‘nothing’.

Seinfeld is a popular comedy series created by the famous US comedian Jerry Seinfeld. The show stars Seinfeld as himself, that is a comedian. It is a fictionalized drama that runs around the life of Jerry and his friends going through everyday life, discussing various quirky situations. The show offers a context that is relatable to most, giving it a humorous twist and therefore promising regular waves of laughter during the binge.

Celebrate World Nothing Day, lazing with a hilarious binge of Seinfeld on 16th January only on Zee Café.
