CHD Developers, ALIVE collaborate to bring their projects closer to their customers

ALIVE, the augmented realty app by Times Internet, has joined hands with CHD, to launch its latest location service, ZipAR. As part of this collaboration, CHD would be using ALIVE’s ZipAR to showcase its upcoming projects on the augmented reality browser.

People interested in CHD’s realty projects can use Alive’s ZipAR to get details such as map, direction and more. To get started, all they have to do is scan the logo using ZipAR. CHD has launched this service alongside Alive on its new project, Resortico. The logo service will allow the developer to uniformly promote their different

campaigns and all the user needs to do is scan the logo on advertisements, brochures or other prints.

On scanning the logo, the users can perform the following tasks:

  • To view locations of the projects on the map.
  • To view the projects on Location map view or List view.
  • To get the directions to the desired properties.
  • To watch the interior and exterior view of the properties through the project layout features
  • To access call for actions like ‘Click to call’ and website and email enquiries

CHD has always strived to give the best experience to its customers. “We have tied up with Alive’s Interactive AR, as the platform offers a great way to engage with our Target Audience, which otherwise is not possible using traditional mediums like Print or Outdoor. Possibilities that Alive extends in terms of information dissemination and engagement promises to enhance our consumer’s experience with the Brand and make our customers better informed to take the decision”, says Gaurav Sapra, Marketing Head at CHD developers.

The entire concept of Location AR for CHD was designed and executed by Alive to provide an engaging experience. It was especially targeted to cater to the needs of a real estate buyer. Ajay Vaishnavi, Director Telecom at Times Internet says “With ZipAR, we are now enabling brands to location enable their campaigns and provide easy access to users to find location sensitive information. This empowers not only  brands, to have more powerful communication proposition, but also users who can scan the logo wherever they see it and get instant information on the brand’s outlets, service centres or project locations.”

CHD Developers is one of the fastest growing real estate companies, having created state-of-the-art residential townships, apartments, commercial complexes and restaurants. The company's first foray in commercial real estate development was initiated in 1992, followed by diversification into residential projects post-1998.

Alive app has about 1.5 million downloads. It has partnered with more than 250 brands for their AR campaigns and powers content of 20 leading publications every month, with its new and innovative Augmented Reality experiences.
