Chhota Bheem Birthday Bonanza

The biggest, coolest and most anticipated birthday party of the year is finally here! Kids’ favourite superhero - Chhota Bheem, is pulling out all the stops to celebrate his birthday. From exciting on-air contests to the premiere of Chhota Bheem’s latest movie featuring Hanuman - the excitement is unlimited!

This is the second year POGO will be celebrating Chhota Bheem’s birthday on-air. However, in keeping with the IPL fever, this year’s birthday celebrations will be themed around India’s favourite sport – Cricket! In a 10 week long contest called ‘Bat, Ball Aur Birthday’, kids will need to tune-in to POGO and answer simple questions based on the cricket games played by Chhota Bheem and his friends. Four lucky winners will get all expenses paid birthday parties at their homes themed around cricket with Chhota Bheem as the special guest. Other exciting prizes up for grabs include LED TVs, PSPs, mobile phones, iPod nanos, digital cameras, cricket kits, etc. The ‘Bat Ball Aur Birthday’ contest starts from April 2 to June 1, 2012 from 1pm onwards only on POGO.

Kids can also be a part of the celebrations online by logging on to www.pogo.tv where they can send special Chhota Bheem ecards to their friends, download printable party kits which include hats, masks, piñatas, etc. and play birthday & cricket based Chhota Bheem games!

As another cherry on this humungous birthday cake, kids can tune-in to an all new Chhota Bheem movie called ‘Chhota Bheem aur Hanuman’. On a new adventure to save Diwali from the evil Rakshas and his apprentices – Makhichoos and the witch, Chhota Bheem finds help from a new friend - Chhota Hanuman. On the night of Diwali, Rakshas plots to combine his powers with the power of fire and take on a powerful form the world has never seen before!!! Will Chhota Bheem and Chhota Hanuman prevent Evil from triumphing over Good or will Rakshas enslave the world? Tune in to ‘Chhota Bheem aur Hanuman’ on May 1, 2012 at 12 pm on POGO to find out!

Finally, rounding up the birthday treats, all new episodes of Chhota Bheem will air on POGO to engage kids across India with new escapades of their favourite superhero.
