Chhota Bheem to be the Star Attraction of Global Village at Dubai this season

The 21st Edition of Global Village, Dubai, the multi-cultural festival park will have Chhota Bheem leading the pack for their attraction this season. As a part of the kids festival which kick-starts in February 2017 Chhota Bheem and his gang of friends will be seen enthralling audiences across the globe at one of the finest international platforms in Dubai.

Chhota Bheem will mark his presence at Global Village in a musical show and kids will see the characters in this format for the first time in MENA region. The musical will be a part of the special Kids Fest offering at Global Village. Mascots of the central characters of Chhota Bheem Series – Chhota Bheem, Chutki, Jaggu & Kalia, will be part of the musical that will have Dholakpur recreated. The 20 minute show will be played daily on the main stage. The story line is being picked from one of the episodes of Chhota Bheem series and is being drawn up by Green Gold Animation, the makers of Chhota Bheem. The musical will be directed by Global Village. The show will be laced by Chhota Bheem’s theme song and other popular Bheem songs.

Alongside the musical, Chhota Bheem’s line of merchandise will mark a foray in Middle East. The chartbuster products within apparel, games, toys and action figure categories will be displayed at Global Village. Green Gold has appointed a trader partner in Dubai to promote and manage the retail marketing and sales of these products through various distribution channels. To provide a holistic experience to Chhota Bheem lovers, Global Village will also package in some contest driven meet and greet with all the characters throughout the season.

Talking about Chhota Bheem’s entry at Global Village, Ahmad Hussain Bin Essa, CEO of Global Village says “We are very happy to collaborate with Green Gold Animation to become the first entertainment park outside of India to launch live shows of Chhota Bheem at Global Village. Entry into Global Village strengthens Chhota Bheem’s presence in the Middle East. Earlier this year the theatrical film Chhota Bheem Himalayan Adventure was released in the region, which received an excellent reception and ran at exclusive multiplexes for close to a month. Chhota Bheem content is also available as ‘video-on-demand’on Etisalat networks across the region. Further, Emirates have also signed up for Chhota Bheem content which is currently available as a part of their in-flight services across flights. 

This season of Global Village will go on till 8th April 2017 while Chhota Bheem will make its debut in the first week of February at ‘Kids Fest’.
