COMIO India takes ‘#DontListen Kar Daal’ Brand Campaign a notch higher
COMIO India, the latest entrant in the mid-segment smartphone category in India, has taken its brand campaign ‘#DontListen Kar Daal’ to a whole new level. The campaign is all about defying limitations and following your dreams.
COMIO raises a series of though-provoking questions based on real life instances that urge the youth to share their stories and thoughts. Throughout the four-weeks of the campaign, the youth of the nation responded to questions and comments that they hear on a regular basis, like- “Kya girls ko late night bahar nahi nikalna chahiye?” “Kya phone pe chipke rehna time waste karna hai?” “Padhaayi ke bina kuch nahi ban paaoge?” The campaign motivated the youth not to hesitate and voice their opinion by sharing their unique #Dont Listen Kar Daal story.
Mr. Sumit Sehgal, Chief Marketing Officer, COMIO India said on the launch, “COMIO smartphones reflect today’s youth and as a brand we want to support and encourage them to dream big.Through the #DontListen Kar Daal Campaign, we are engaging with them and raising questions on the challenges faced by them in following their heart. We are delighted to have received more than 33,000 stories from India’s youth. The tremendous response is a clear indication that they and brimming with enthusiasm and want to share their experiences and learnings.”
The winners are being awarded 100 passes to COMIO EVC 2017, Mumbai and 100 COMIO S1 smartphones. The winners are being announced weekly on COMIO India’s social media handles.
Inspired by the confidence and attitude of today’s youth that live in the digital era, the campaign is being hosted live on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. Complementing the core of the campaign, the brand ambassadors- Singer and Internet Star Shraddha Sharma, Multi-talented actor and singer Darshan Rawal, India's no. 1 prankster group Funk You, and Internet Vlogger Anisha Dixit aka Rickshawali, further promoted the campaign and encouraged their fans to participate and share their stories.
