Connected Smiles is Kirloskar’s new idea conceived by Lowe Lintas

India’s leading engineering conglomerate, Kirloskar, has been a silent force, touching this billion+ strong nation every day. Almost all the Kirloskar products are intermediate products and one rarely sees them in action. They work silently and reliably making the world a comfortable place to live, emanating from which is the raison d'être of the brand - Enriching Lives.

The engineering and manufacturing sector is undergoing serious transformation with the infusion of ‘mechatronics’. Kirloskar has taken a step towards building a future- by upgrading to smart factories and building smart technologies into its products.

In continuation with the previous Reverse Chain of Smiles film, this campaign by Lowe Lintas nudges in the smart technology into Enriching Lives - working silently and reliably behind the scene - bringing about 'smiles of joy’.

Madhav Chandrachud, President, Kirloskar Proprietary Limited said "This is the 9th year of Kirloskar Brand Campaign in India and beginning with “Engineering High-ground”, then moving to “Positive Transformation” further to “The reverse chain of smiles”, Lowe Lintas has handled the communication seamlessly. We have already taken steps towards the future with smart technology and IoT. With state-of-the-art products with predictive and real-time monitoring systems, the customer experience has shifted to a new orbit. We are harnessing multiple technologies to Enrich Lives with this in mind. Hence, the communication has to be interesting for everyone to relate to. Connect viewers emotionally with the brand without being burdened with complex technical details. A challenge, Lowe Lintas has managed really well.”

Amar Singh, Regional Creative Officer, Lowe Lintas said "Conceived and created by Prathamesh and Hemant, the objective behind this film was to give the world a glimpse of Kirloskar’s technological prowess and an assurance that this leading, progressive engineering brand is all set to become an integral part of our future. One smile at a time."
