D&I Consulting Interweave appoints Seema Shendye

In today’s business environment, responsible practices that shape a diverse and inclusive workplace are fundamental to good governance and people management. To help organisations explore all aspects of inclusion, Interweave Consulting has announced Seema Shendye as Head of the Interweave Institute of Inclusion. 

Joining Interweave from her previous role as Senior Executive Vice President of HR & Head of Organisational Learning at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Seema is a seasoned HR professional with expertise in developing innovative talent solutions for fast-paced businesses and integrating diverse methodologies to make learning impactful and scalable across a wide business canvas. 

Seema has a PGDM from IRMA and has worked in diverse industries such as FMCG, consulting, telecom and financial services, at leading organisations such as Kotak, Reliance, BPL Innovation, and NIIT. She has established and led the Learning & HR function with high-impact business interventions for change, organisational values & culture, leadership development, team effectiveness, and performance management. In the current era of hyper-personalisation, she believes that creating unique talent journeys through technology-based learning and engagement is the way forward for any modern organisation.

Interweave Institute of Inclusion was set up to explore all dimensions of Inclusion and arrive at new structures and solutions to engage with them. The Institute will create solutions and resources based on research and experience gathered from practitioners of DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion). It will also create a community platform for DEI practitioners and managers to share best practices across industries.
