Dentsu Aegis Network acquires Amicus Digital

Dentsu Inc, President, and CEO, Toshihiro Yamamoto announced that Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) has acquired 100% stake in Amicus Digital Ventures. DAN also announced that it will rebrand the subsidiary to Amicus Digital, a Merkle company.
