Dentsu International, Netcore Solutions ink strategic pact

Dentsu International, the global media & marketing communications conglomerate, has partnered with Netcore Solutions, a pioneer in omni-channel marketing technology platform, to create an industry-first technology platform, ‘ProfitWheel’. The intent of this partnership is to unite the Ad-Tech and Mar-Tech worlds, signalling the rise of the MAD-Tech era. The alliance also aims to create a significant multiplier for the Media and CRM initiatives of all brands.

Under this collaboration, dentsu will bring its popular ‘dentsu Marketing Cloud’ to the table while Netcore will bring forth its Intelligent Personalisation & Customer Engagement SaaS Platform, ‘Netcore Smartech’. It is pertinent to note here that connecting the Advertising and Marketing stacks can deliver accelerated solutions to marketers in solving their business challenges. Further, it can also add tremendous value to the clientele of both dentsu and Netcore.

This alliance will be led by Vivek Bhargava, who will continue with his role at dentsu as a consultant, and will house the dentsu Consult Team comprising Lalit Bhagia, Milind Shah and Ajay Row. Additionally, Veerchand Bothra, a Mar-Tech veteran, will join this alliance from Netcore’s end.

Speaking on the partnership, Anand Bhadkamkar, CEO India, dentsu said, “The world of Ad-Tech and Mar-Tech must talk to each other; and while it may sound simple, it is not easy to solve. We are confident that dentsu and Netcore will solve this challenge and bring in huge value to the clients of both Netcore and dentsu."

Kalpit Jain, Group CEO, Netcore Solutions said, "Netcore is a dominant player in the Mar-Tech world. Consequently, we wanted to partner with someone who is a dominant player in the Ad-Tech world. Dentsu, being the only global network that is a Facebook Marketing Partner, is a perfect fit and made it an obvious choice for Netcore."
