Detel Foundation rewarded the winners at 2nd Edition of Kanya-A-Thon

Detel Foundation, CSR Wing of Detel was a proud sponsor at the second edition of URM’s Kanya- A- Thon- 2019, which was held on Sunday, 10th March, 2019. As part of this association, Detel rewarded the winners with Detel D4 Earphones.

URM organized the marathon with an aim to create awareness on the benefits of using sanitary pads to lead a better & healthy life. To support the cause, Detel presented its D4 Earphones as a reward to 24 winners across 4 categories, including 21 Km, 10 Km, 5Km and 3 Km.

Commenting on the same, Mrs. Gitika Bhatia, Founder, Detel Foundation, said “We are delighted to be associated with the 2nd edition of Kanyathon. This partnership presents a great way for us to accelerate our engagement with URM to raise awareness about the health and quality of life for girls & women across the country.

“Detel foundation is dedicated to serving the underprivileged and towards the protection of the environment, hence we feel connected to the cause”, she further added.

Detel Foundation has worked towards various socio-economic cause. Last month, the foundation has started Green Drive with its ‘Green India Initiative’, where they provided a pack of seeds with all Detel’s product and encouraged the Patrons to plant a tree.
