Dice Media releases the trailer of India's first mockumentary web-series Not Fit'
Dice Media, the premium video division of Pocket Aces, has released the trailer of India’s first mockumentary web series, “Not Fit”.“NotFit” chronicles the humorous adventures of Neerav Kapoor (Nero), struggling actor extraordinaire and quintessential fool, as hetriesto make his mark as an actor in the entertainment industry.
Nero’s bloated self-image and lack of self-awareness lead him from one predicament to the next. But, he never quits and goes about making ends meet with the same amount of zeal, positivity, and hope, as when he first arrived in Mumbai. Nero is joined on his journey by a colorful band of characters who take him and the audience through all kinds of professional and personal ups and downs (mostly downs!!). Taking an empathetic dig at the entertainment industry and its eccentric participants, “Not Fit”, uses humor to explore human themes such as delusion, social awkwardness, conceit, frustration, desperation and fleeting fame!
Made in the same format as cult hits like “The Office”, “Parks and Recreation”, and “Modern Family”, this series is shot as a mockumentary, with everything from the lines to the camera movement being scripted, but designed to look improvised and on-the-fly. The dialogues are conversational and the humor comes as much from the behavior of characters as it does from various punch lines.
