Digitas India bags PMAA Gold Dragon award

Digitas India, the leading digital marketing agency in the country has been awarded a Gold Dragon for Best Brand-Building Campaign at the recently concluded Promotional Marketing Awards of Asia in Kuala Lumpur. The Dragons for the Best in Asia and the Best by Country, are awarded for the most spectacular and innovative campaigns, which best represent the Entrant’s Country, and then across Asia. PMAA, Dragons of Asia has been recognising and honouring the incredible campaigns done by agencies and clients, across all countries in Asia, for the last 13 years
 
The groundbreaking, interactive video campaign - 'Hip Apps' created for Samsung received an overwhelming response at the Android Application marketplace which has always remained dull and boring. The website achieved more than 8,000,000 visits, an increase of 147% visits. Digitas also bagged two Orders of Merit for Best Digital Marketing Campaign for Samsung ‘Galaxy Note’ and the Best Product Re-Launch for ‘Start Healthy’ campaign for Nestle. All the campaigns were recognized for their creative engagement.

To select an entry, the PMAA takes into account the idea, as well as the execution and the results of that idea. The awards also give significant weight to the results of the campaign.
