DIGIXX is for ideas taking the digital world by storm: Sanjay Tripathy

The DIGIXX Awards has opened the gates for entries and nominations. The DIGIXX Awards have been initiated by Adgully in association with ad:tech. The Awards will be judged by an independent panel of highly acclaimed leaders from the advertising and marketing ecosystem. 

Sanjay Tripathy, Senior Executive Vice President - Marketing, Analytics, Digital and E-Commerce, HDFC Life and member of the Executive management Committee at HDFC Life, would be gracing the Jury panel of DIGIXX Awards 2017. He commented, “The long strides that have been taken by digital marketing in the past decade – be it in content, brand, customer engagement and interaction – have made it necessary to recognise the growing flair and originality that this industry hosts. DIGIXX Awards 2017 is not just important for recognising and rewarding this talent, but it also rewards the ideas and the innovations that are taking the digital world by storm. These ideas shape and, many times, even change the digital landscape to usher in a new form of user experience that redefines their buying behaviour.” 

Tripathy has been honoured with the ‘Marketer of the Year’ Award for two years in a row in the Insurance category by the International Advertising Association (IAA) in their flagship Leadership Awards in 2014 and in 2015. He has featured in Campaign India’s ‘The A list’ of most influential people in Media, Marketing and Advertising for five continuous years, apart from winning several other awards. He is a management graduate from IRMA and is the Vice Chairman at Media Research Users Council (MRUC), an Advisory Board member at DMAi (Direct Marketing Association - India) and iMedia. 

On being asked about diverse categories at DIGIXX, he remarked, “The categories included in DIGIXX not only traverse the multitudes of digital media like social and video, but also industry sectors like finance and pharma. To be part of the esteemed Jury of such an important and prestigious award event is an honour, and the responsibility that comes with it is something I am proud to shoulder.” 

The DIGIXX Awards 2017 screening committee – comprising senior marketing and media professionals – will evaluate and score each submission. Every entry is evaluated by multiple committee members to ensure an accurate, thorough review. The top five entries with the highest scores will be selected Finalists for each category. 

The DIGIXX Awards will be taking place during the ad:tech conference in New Delhi on March 9 and10, 2017. It is being widely welcomed by industry leaders. Last date to submit the entries is January 31, 2017.
