Dina D’Souza joins MX Player as the Senior Vice President

Dina D’Souza has joined MX Player as the Senior Vice President. In her new role, she will be heading the Direct and OTT Avod business for the organization. Previously, she was the Vice President and Head of Ad monetization at Trell and Director of Monetisation at Flipkart. She has also held the position of Vice President Sales at POKKT and that of Senior Vice President – Digital at 9X Media Pvt Ltd. She was the Sales Lead, Advertising & Online (MSN India) at Microsoft for six years and Senior Sales Manager at Yahoo. She started her career as an Assistant Manager Response at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. An alumnus of Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, she has over 18 years of experience in the digital, media and ad tech industry. She has been driving revenues across sectors and building high performance sales  teams, devising sales strategies. Her expertise areas include sales leadership, design thinking, mobile advertising among others.
