DMAi awards sees a winning participation of 135 entries

The first edition of the DMAi awards, saw an enthusiastic participation interest with 135 entries from Indian and international companies alike. Affiliated to the international DMA ECHO Awards, the DMAi awards was conceived to honor direct marketing campaigns that have excelled in direct response strategy, creativity and results.
 
51 entries were submitted in full and 27 entries have made it to the final round. “DMAi awards encourages Direct Marketing companies from across India to submit their creative entries to this ‘first-of-its-kind’ global convention in India” says Vatsal Asher, CEO, DMA’. “All the entries will be judged by our prestigious jury comprising of some of the world’s leading professionals in the digital marketing, advertising and retail marketing businesses”
 
DMAi awards has seen participation from the leading direct and digital marketing professionals directly or through their agencies. These include participation from Abbot International, Aviva Life Insurance, Bausch & Lomb India Pvt. Ltd., Birla Sun Life Insurance, Levi Strauss & Co, LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd, Lodha, Max New York Life, Netmagic, NSE, PepsiCo, Reckitt Benckiser, Samsung Mobile, Shoppers Stop, Sony Music, Symantec Software Solutions India Ltd., SynApp Solutions, Tata Consultancy Services, Tata Motors Commercial Vehicle, Tata Nano, Trent and Tupperware to name a few.
 
The objective is to honor the world’s best response marketing campaigns that will directly qualify to the round two of the prestigious International ECHO Awards 2013 bypassing the first round of judging and fast track to the semi-finals of the Competition. The awards will be announced on Aug 2, At the DMAi Awards ceremony at the Leela. Bringing in the celebrations Gary Lawyer, the man with the golden voice & his band will entertain the audience with some ELVIS scores in the evening awards affair.
DMAi awards has provided a perfect launch pad to the Indian marketing campaigns to reach the zenith of global recognition.
