Double the dose of Fun & Science on Nat Geo

National Geographic Channel is back with an all new and exciting season of one of the highest rated shows of the infotainment genre – ‘Science of Stupid’.

The new season will continue to showcase the most spectacular, painful and stupidest user generated clips ever recorded from all over the world.  However, in a new twist this season, the host Manish Paul will be seen in a double role. Apart from playing himself, the host who explains the science behind the misadventures , he will also play the role of an inquisitive ‘Q’, a young science enthusiast full of questions and his own quirky interpretations of scientific concepts. The camaraderie between these two characters adds a whole new exciting dimension to the show.

The show is part of Nat Geo’s packed library of smart entertainment,  that seeks to make science fun, explaining the scientific concepts in an entertaining manner.  From biking stunts gone wrong to people slipping on wet floor, Science of Stupid explains the physics, chemistry and biology behind the stupidity that resulted in some of the most mindboggling misadventures. The content is so popular that Science of Stupid has been in the Infotainment Genre’s top 10 shows in 27 out of 52 weeks in FY’16 (15+AB Urban India).

The new season of ‘Science of Stupid’ premieres 11th July, 9 pm on National Geographic Channel.

 

 The new season promises to be another exhilarating mix of Manish Paul’s humor with some amazing scientific concepts.  It not only has user generated footage of some incredible mishaps, but also combines remarkable animation sequences with stunning slow-motion photography to explain the stunts.

Tune into National Geographic Channel to catch the launch of the new season of Science of Stupid at 9 pm on 11th July. The series continues every Monday to Friday at 9 pm on the channel.
