EduMedia India launches DECODING KIDS

Every kid is unique and yet similar to their own age-group in some way. They are complex and simple, approachable and distant – all at the same time. In other words, there is no blueprint to understand them. With this insight in mind, and the will to create a knowledge-sharing platform, EduMedia is launching its latest initiative called Decoding Kids.

“Decoding Kids is a first-of-its-kind initiative in India that aims to unravel the puzzle that kids are.It will answer some of the biggest whys related to the kids and how to go about effectively and responsibly engaging with them,” said Tabassum Modi, Executive Director, EduMedia India.“It is eagerly awaited by professionals who have any business to do with kids.” Decoding Kids is targeted atBrand Managers & Developers, Marketing Managers, Product Developers & Innovators, Advertising Agencies, Event Agencies, PR Professionals, TV Professionals, Researchers, Educators, Startups/Entrepreneurs targeting kids and any other professional working in the kids segment.

EduMedia’sspecialised research unit has conducted extensive all-India surveys on various issues affecting today’s kids. “To kick start our Decoding Kids initiative, we have already started sending weekly emailers with research insights about kids’ lifestyle. The mailers have reached over 5,000 people in the first week itself,” reported Modi enthusiastically.

There is a Decoding Kids Facebook group which has over 3,000 people already and is an active platform for those who are interested in knowing about the dynamic world of children. Twitter and LinkedIngroups are also live, with engaging discussion forums and information .“The response has been great so far and we have a lot more planned for this initiative which will be announced in the days to come,”she added.
