Emirates strengthens its commercial operation in India!

Emirates, one of the world’s fastest growing airlines, has strengthened its commercial operations in India with the appointment of Sales Managers in three key markets – Maharashtra, Delhi and Chennai. The airline has also restructured its South India team in keeping with its continued focus on India.
 
Effective 04 June, 2012, Emirates appointed Vikram Paul, Neeraj Newton and Mohammed Abdul Safi as Sales Managers for Maharashtra, Delhi and Andhra Pradesh respectively.
 
KP Venugopal has been reappointed as the sales manager for Karnataka, while Mohammed Asif Ali has been named as the Sales Manager for Tamil Nadu. These markets are growing fast and these appointments are a reflection of that.

Vikram has a wealth of experience – more than 16 years in the travel and aviation business. He has immense knowledge of travel trends and market demands, Neeraj has worked with travel agencies and airlines for more than six years, managing leisure and corporate sales whereas Mohammed Asif brings in more than 19 years of experience spanning sales, strategic planning and business development for domestic and international airlines.
