EnKash brings on board Top-tier Executives across Leadership Roles

EnKash, India’s leading & fastest-growing all-in-one Spends Management and Corporate Cards Company, has ramped up its Leadership hiring as it brings on board top-tier executives across leadership roles. The Company has roped in Lalit Arun as Head of Banks and Financial Institutions Alliances; Abhishek Miglani as Head of Corporate Alliances and Partnerships; Krishna Kumar SV as Head of Operations, and Amandeep Arora as Head of Communications.  The leadership appointments come as EnKash is eyeing its next phase of growth through new enterprise-grade payment products and international expansion in the US and European markets.

Amandeep Arora will be spearheading overall Communications for EnKash and will be closely working with founders and all business segments. She has 15 years of experience as a communication and reputation specialist, wherein, she has been instrumental in developing and conducting public outreach campaigns and strategizing special marketing and communications projects of top organizations. Before joining EnKash, she has worked for a number of well-known organizations including Policybazaar, Paisabazaar, MobiKwik, Docprime and helped them shape their brand narrative.  Amandeep was also a client lead for Max Life Insurance, National Stock Exchange, Bajaj Capital, Radico Khaitan, Reebook, and Haier, among others.

Lalit Arun will be leading partnerships with Banks & Financial Institutions at EnKash. Lalit is a seasoned leader with 25+ years of experience in payments space and exposure to multiple functional and sectoral areas. He has previously led partnership and alliances at Creditas Solutions and Innoviti Payment Solutions, and served as leader in HDFC bank’s Merchant Services. His extensive sales experience comprises sales of IT training programmes, soft skills training programmes, office automation products, and digital media.       

Krishna Kumar will be in charge of developing the operational strategy, implementing the systems for a cutting-edge client experience, and creating efficient procedures that support how the organization operates as a whole. He has over 17 years of experience-driven expertise in the “Cards and Payments” ecosystem as he held leadership positions at ICICI, American Express, HSBC, PhonePe, and Axis Bank.

Abhishek Miglani, who has been previously associated with consulting firms such as Boston Consulting Group, EY and PwC, has more than 11 years of experience in the financial services and fintech sectors. He will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and managing strategic partners and channels at EnKash across several business segments. He supervised corporate growth and major collaborations for Indifi and scaled up its partnership programs, prior to joining EnKash.

 EnKash currently has over 120 employees and has recently announced plans to double its team size within this year. In alignment with its projected growth, the company plans to strategically increase its team strength to 500 within FY 23-24.

In April 2022, EnKash had raised USD 20 Million in a Series-B round from Ascent Capital, Baring India and Singapore-based White Ventures.
