Enterr10 to begin two Bengali channels

There was a time when Hindi linguistic market was much preferred by the Indian audiences, while regional markets were not much targeted. Nowadays, there is an increase in viewership in the regional space. Due to this scenario, the broadcasters have planned to shift their focus on coming up with regional channels for the viewers.  

Enterr10, an Indian media and entertainment company that already has a Hindi general entertainment channel (GEC) called Dangal TV, a Bhojpuri and Marathi movie channel named Bhojpuri Cinema and Fakt Marathi in their cluster. The company has launched two more Bengali channels, which will be GEC and a movie channel.

The other players in the Bengali GEC and movies market consist of Sony Aath, Star Jalsa, Zee Bangla and Colors Bangala. Sun TV is the other network that is all set to enter into the Bengali market. It will be interesting to know whether or not these regional GECs and movie channels are able to resonate well with the Indian audiences.a
