A beautiful, warm house is what everyone dreams of. MagicBricks.com, the leading online real estate portal that has always worked towards making their customer’s dreams come true has launched an ad campaign to promote the same thought.

The new ad film, conceptualized and created by RK Swamy BBDO, aims at restating MagicBricks.com’s positioning ‘Property Sahi Milegi Yahin.’. The campaign that broke recently has wonderfully struck the emotional cord of the viewer’s heart with the portrayal of a sweet couple who are expecting their first baby. 

The campaign is aimed at speaking with 30 year young urban and semi-urban audiences who have various needs when choosing a house.

The new ad film showcases a couple in the family way looking to move into a new house. The wife teases the husband with various demands on the kind of house she would like to live in, like brand new, high rise only etc. The protagonist of the film exhibits an emotional side to him when he understands the wife’s implicit need of living near a school. The film showcases that the couple does the shortlisting process of finding their kind of home with Magicbricks.com.

The ad film also shows how easy and pain-free it is to find a property with the help of the most popular and preferable real estate portal, MagicBricks.com. It reflects one of the offering of MagicBricks.com and how it facilitates consumers to buy not just a house made of bricks, but a home.

The backdrop of the TVC released is the popular track “Do Deewane Shehar Main” which has been specially remixed and re-recorded for this campaign. The idea of choosing the track was to amplify the whole property search process.

Manisha Rana, Head Marketing, MagicBricks.com shares that the brief of the campaign, given to the creative agency, was to consciously move away from a humorous tonality of previous campaigns and industry trend as well to a more emotional film as the home buying process is a more serious and evolved decision.

The ad film was released in phases. MagicBricks.com first launched teasers on news channels showcasing a glimpse of the protagonists with hints of the song in the background, without revealing the name of the brand. The teaser generated huge excitement and there was a huge expectation on who these characters are and what they plan to do

The campaign is being extensively promoted through various mediums. MagicBricks.com is leveraging TV, print, radio, outdoor and digital medium to touch base with its target consumers.
