Flarepath's techie Aalaap Ghag's Twitter Application goes global

Aalaap Ghag, Senior Tech Architect at Flarepath Digital, has achieved global recognition for his Twitter application, TwitWipe. The app allows you to delete all your tweets at one go, without affecting the rest of your account. The app was recently featured on the world's top tech/social media blogs and websites: Mashable, Lifehacker and CNET. Few Indian applications ever make it to even one such platform; TwitWipe has the rare honour of being featured on all three in a span of a single week.

With the increasing demand for privacy on social networks, deleting all tweets is a feature that users have asked for repeatedly; however, Twitter does not make it easy for you to do so. "The application was developed a while ago and it has had a steady flow of traffic," says Aalaap, "but with the recent stories on these big blogs, traffic had almost tripled and the application has received a brilliant response globally." After Twitter, Aalaap says he's considering developing similar tools for Facebook and Google+.

Saurabh Kanwar, President at Flarepath says, "We are very kicked about the kind of response TwitWipe has fetched. Aalaap has done some stellar work for our clients and now his work has gone global. In fact we have a few more applications in the pipeline, ranging across top Social Media Platforms."

If you want to turn over a new leaf this new year, at least virtually, TwitWipe makes it easy for you to do that.
