Former Percept Media CEO Jeffrey Crasto joins First Economy as Joint CEO

Digital marketing company First Economy has brought on board Jeffrey Crasto as Joint CEO. He will be responsible for taking the existing base of First Economy into another league. He will also be spearheading the entire planning process on the media side as well as looking into new opportunities, collaborations and digital media innovations for the agency.

In a career span of over 35 years, Crasto has held high level management positions, including Media Director at Contract Advertising (WPP Group), President at MPG (now Havas) India/ SE Asia, Executive Director at Chrome Data Analytics Media, and most recently, CEO at Percept Media.

Speaking about Crasto’s appointment, Jigar Zatakia, Founder of First Economy, said, “Jeff is more than just an invaluable resource to our agency. Having him on board, we have cut short, at least, 5 years of learning. With the average age of our 74-member team being approximately 26 years old, Jeff brings to the table a unique knowledge and expertise, which is just what we need to propel us to new heights.”

Commenting on this new venture, Crasto said, “I’m very excited to be a part of this young and energetic team. Digital is a very fast paced platform and requires constant monitoring. Coming from traditional advertising, I will bring in a certain calmness and attention to detail, while providing unique insights to take the business to the next level.”

First Economy provides holistic, ROI-driven solutions in Technology, Media Buying, Social Media and Design & Branding solutions. Started in 2015, they have a versatile list of clientele across verticals, with some of the biggest industry names to boast.
