Gaurav Jain appointed as HR Business Partner with Zolo

Zolo, India’s largest co-living brand, has appointed Gaurav Jain as HR Business Partner for its India operations. Jain will be leading Zolo's endeavour to develop a sustainable team model commensurate with its exponential growth strategy. He will be based out of Bangalore. Zolo was founded in 2015, with the aim to redefine the living experience in India.

Jain brings with him close to a decade of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. In his new role, Jain will consolidate and restructure the team at Zolo in order to ensure optimum value to the consumers. Commenting on his appointment, Jain said: "I am looking forward to a wonderful and fulfilling stint at Zolo, working with a dynamic product, a committed team and visionary founders. My focus will be to fine tune the HR strategy which will in turn will lead the teams to drive Zolo’s vision, maintain highest standards of corporate governance and talent management at all levels.”

Jain whose earlier stint was Udaan.com is an alumni of XLRI and has worked across global organizations and Indian conglomerates in sectors such as Agriculture, Consumer Insights, BFSI and Information Technology with roles across HR Lead, HR Business partnering, Compensation & Benefits and internal rotations / projects in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations.
