Gozoop bags the social media mandate for Pepperfry.com

Renowned eCommerce portal, Pepperfry.com that hit the web early this year, hands over its Social Media mandate to Gozoop Online Pvt. Ltd.
 
A young and entrepreneurial digital marketing agency based in Mumbai & Dubai, Gozoop has been helping brands with its online marketing services since 2008. The digital agency will spearhead the Facebook marketing strategy for Pepperfry and help them connect with their target. Gozoop will also ensure valuable inputs for key strategic decisions, in order to maintain a sync between the online and offline activities.
 
Pepperfry was founded in 2011 by Ambareesh Murty and Ashish Shah, both ex eBay employees who decided to setup their combined initiative. Pepperfry.com is an Indian lifestyle e-commerce marketplace headquartered in Mumbai, India which was launched on 3rd January 2012, offering a diverse selection of products across multiple lifestyle categories; these products come from large brands, designers, small businesses and artisans from across India.
 
Initially funded by the founders themselves, Pepperfry.com raised US$ 5 Million in Series A funding from Norwest Venture Partners in December 2011.
