The Talent Team at GroupM is lead by Gaurav Hirey and over the last two years this team has made talent within GroupM the unfair advantage at the market place. Not only do they have the best of the talent working with them, but they also place a huge emphasis on an extremely intensive talent management program to engage and grow their talent internally. The company has built a unique work environment that brings together talent from multiple backgrounds and skills sets to work together and feel a sense of belonging to the team. The success of this can be judged from the low level of attrition that the company has been able to maintain.
