Heinz India decides to continue with IPG Mediabrands

Following a closely contested pitch process between Omnicom and IPG Mediabrands, Heinz India has retained the latter as its media agency, according to industry sources.

Heinz, which has brands like Glucon-D, Complan, Nycil, and Heinz Tomato Ketchup, among others, in its bouquet of offerings, had entered the Indian market in 1994.

It may be recalled that IPG Mediabrands had earlier bagged the media mandate for Heinz India in 2014. Meanwhile, it is learnt that a new campaign for brand Complan is already afoot.
