Hero Honda signs up 3 golfers ' Bhullar, Lahiri & Shiv

As per media reports, Pawan Kant Munjal, CEO and MD, Hero Honda on the company's association with FIH Hockey World Cup said, "The Company is taking several initiatives both on air and on the ground to recreate the passion for the national game. The company has roped in Virender Sehwag , Priyanka Chopra and Rajyavardhan Rathore to promote hockey and is conducting an inter-school hockey tournament across 19 cities and 275 schools.

He further said, "Signing on the three promising Indian golfers is yet another example of our commitment to promote multi-discipline sports in India."

Then one of the golfers, Shiv Kapur said, "It is a big step forward as for the first time corporates have come up and put together a team of golfers. This support gives us the necessary encouragement to aim for more success," as reported by media.
