Himalaya Launches New digital campaign

The Himalaya Drug Company, a leading home grown wellness brand launched digital campaign today#BecauseYouNeedTakingCareOfToo for its brand new personal care product line ‘Himalaya FOR MOMS, India’s first herbal mother care range. The products include Soothing Body Butter (three variants- Rose, Lavender and Jasmine), Toning Massage Oil, Anti-Rash Cream and Nipple Care Butter.

The heartwarming video captures the emotions of a mother whose daughter is entering motherhood and the tag line #BecauseYouNeedTakingCareOfToo rightly highlights the need and importance of self-care while devoting all her time towards the new born. The video shows a glimpse of the emotional and physical changes that a mother goes through during this phase of her life.

It goes LIVE today on Himalaya Baby Care Facebook page along with Himalaya BabyCare website followed by leading parenting websites.

In order to bring some authenticity to the film we based our script on both research provided by the brand as well as experiences shared by real mums.  We had a great all-woman directorial team, which took the lead on this film. In the first phase of its launch, all four products from the ‘Himalaya FOR MOMS’ portfolio will be available for consumers online through himalayastore.com  and the Himalaya app. Offline, the products will be available in all leading pharmacies, modern trade outlets and exclusive Himalaya stores.
