HomeLane.com appoints Mahesh Shah as Chief Design Officer

HomeLane.com, India’s leading online provider of modular home furnishing solutions today announced the appointment of Mahesh Shah as its Chief Design Officer. Mahesh joined HomeLane on July 28, 2015 and is also the founder of Bangalore’s leading modular kitchen brand Elenza, a retail design store. Mahesh brings to HomeLane his immense knowledge and a hands-on experience in the customizable modular furniture category along with his innate understanding of the customer. At HomeLane, he will influence and shape the next generation of evolution in modular kitchen and home furnishing design.

Mahesh identified the importance of modular furniture years ago early in the growing urban households, which led him to found Elenza in 2004, which played a key role in shaping the customizable furniture industry in India. Since then he has explored the theory and practice of customizable furniture design in his own work as well as in others.
