How design can power a brand’s journey & create strong brand identities

First impression is the lasting impression – that is exactly the role of a good design is when a brand or a product is launched. A well thought out design helps improve the entire customer experience and engagement with the brand. It is not just about providing some great aesthetics, but good and well thought out designs play a much more important role beyond that. The branding and design are actually one of the key pillars which will help brands to construct their product right from product design to the convenience of packaging, leading to great customer experience.

A good design leads to the creation of a strong brand identity that helps the brand stand out amid the clutter. That’s why a strong design idea will help in creating a successful product. To build a successful brand journey, we have to immerse ourselves in the brand-consumer relationship, where the role of design is very important.

However, a great design idea will be successful only if you have great insights. Walt Disney was a legendary Brand Designer. He imagined the creative idea of a magical place that was high quality, safe and appropriate for the whole family. That creative idea led to the innovation that reinvented the amusement park experience. Richard Branson is also a good brand designer. The cabins of Virgin Air made short-haul flights wonderful. These are some of the great international brands where right from idea to design to the final product the customer experience has been highly successful and has delighted the customers the world over.
