How Viral Fission's Republic day chain empowers & engages Interns
Viral Fission is a platform that bridges the gap between India's energetic youth and the brands they love. The company aims at redefining brand salience metrics with/for the youth. They offer a community based youth network that co-creates unparalleled brand experiences.
Owning to the 72nd republic day, Viral Fission has encouraged interns to talk about the constitutional rights they believe in embracing as Interns. From Right to recognition to right to a pet friendly office, Viral Fission's Interns re-define the constitutional rights of an intern in the most creative way.
Identified Objectives:
- Enabling the youth of our country to voice their opinion and talk about the rights they deserve as interns
- Empower the community of interns and create awareness on their perspective and expectations of a the constitutional book of internships
- Generate conversations among leading workplace to establish a great work culture for interns as well
Strategy/Execution
The Idea:
Internships among the youth have developed a stereotype of not being fair and democratic. From being overworked to not being recognized, interns stand their chance to voice their opinions and change the dynamics by creating the CONSTITUTIONAL BOOK OF INTERNSHIP.
The plan:
The post was live on the 72th Republic Day. Taking inspiration from the constitution of India, the interns put their own spin and translate their thoughts into defined rights that they deserve while interning. Viral Fission wanted to scout for the youth who are opinionated and express their ardent will of having an inclusive work culture.
While enabling leading work places to understand the thought of the youth better, the post engages interns with the essence of relatable thinking.
Process:
- Create substantial rights that will help the community
- Back the suggested rights with firm and detailed explanations
- The entries were submitted by the intern community of viral fission in the most creative way
- The best rights where selected by the internal jury of viral fission and were featured in the CONSTITUTIONAL BOOK OF INTERNSHIP
