Hugh Hudson Master Class to be moderated by Prasoon Joshi and Kaushik Roy

The International Advertising Association India Chapter (IAA-IC) in collaboration with MAMI (Mumbai Academy of Moving Image) is organizing a Master Class with Hugh Hudson.

During the course of this Master Class, Hugh Hudson will show and share his thoughts about some of his advertising masterpieces like British Rail, British Airways, Fiat Strada, Benson&Hedges and more.

Further to the earlier announcement, the IAA-IC is happy to announce that Mr. Prasoon Joshi, Executive Chairman and Regional Executive Creative Director Asia Pacific, McCann Erickson (India) Pvt. Ltd., one of the most eminent advertising people and who is also connected with the film fraternity, along with Mr. Kaushik Roy, President ' IAA-IC and President ' Brand Strategy & Marketing Communication, Reliance Industries Limited, will be engaging Mr. Hugh Hudson in the Master Class conversation.

In the field of Ad Film making, Hugh Hudson has received the Cannes Grand Prix more than once to become one of the few proud recipients of the Special Cannes Lions that were presented on the 50th anniversary of the Cannes Advertising Lions International Advertising Festival.

Hugh Hudson is a director-producer-writer who has been immortalized by his much awarded cult film Chariots of Fire (1981) and has to his credit many award winning documentaries, ad films and feature films like Greystoke ' The Legend of Tarzan (1984), Revolution (1985), Los Angeles (1989), My Life So Far (1999), I Dreamed of Africa (2000) and Revolution Revisited (2008).

This event will be sponsored by hungama.com and will be held on Wednesday, 19 October 2011 at 6.15 pm at Cinemax, Infinity Mall, Off New Link Road, Versova, Azad Nagar, Andheri (W), Mumbai ' 400 053.

Entry is by invitation only, to members of IAA-IC and MAMI. There will be a few seats reserved for advertising and film professionals and students.
