HUL announces Sudhir Sitapati as head of new Food and Refreshments div

Hindustan Unilever revealed plans to integrate the Foods and Refreshment categories in India effective from July 1st, 2018. Sudhir Sitapati was named the new head of this division. He was previously designated as Executive Director, Refreshment. The Food and Refreshment divisions have reported consistent growth in India and with this integration HUL hopes to increase organisational agility, better serve local customers, and harness the advantage of global scale.

The organisation has announced other changes in key management positions including moving Geeta Verma, Executive Director, Foods, India to Rotterdam as Global VP, Nutrition and Natural Platforms. This move is to secure HUL’s presence in the health and wellbeing sector.

Sudhir Sitapati has worked in HUL for 19 years in various capacities from Customer Development to Marketing across HPC and F&R divisions. He joined the organisation in 1999.
