IAMAI rejigs leadership; Amazon India’s Amit Agarwal appointed as Chairman

The IAMAI has instituted its new leadership team in their 15th Annual General Meeting held of Tuesday. Amit Agarwal, head of Amazon India was appointed as chairman. He will be taking over the reins from Rajan Anandan, former Google, vice president for South East Asia. He will be assisted by Dhruv Shringi, co-founder & CEO, Yatra, who will be vice chairman.

Satyan Gajwani, vice chairman of Times Internet is the newly instituted treasurer of the association. Dr. Subho Ray will continue in his role as president of the association.

The tenure of the new council will be 2 years.
