iBall appoints Gozoop For Public Relations and Customer Experience Duties

Gozoop, one of India’s leading digital-first integrated marketing companies has won the PR, Influencer marketing duties and will also be responsible to set-up, manage and run a Omni-Channel customer experience center for iBall – India’s premier home-grown tech accessory brand that offers a variety of products such as speakers, headphones, laptops, tablet PCs, routers, IT peripherals and surveillance solutions.

Founded in 2000, iBall has touched over 100 million users through 20 sales offices, 5000 trade partners, 1,00,000 active retailers and 500+ service centres. iBall has now set its sights on capturing India’s informed and tech-savvy buyers through online and modern retail.

As a part of the mandate, Gozoop will be responsible for managing media relations, PR outreach, influencer marketing, counsel and planning, and digital customer experience management. Additionally, they will be entrusted with the task to establish a scalable Omni-Channel Customer Experience Team for iBall that will serve as the custodian of all conversations happening around the brand in the online space.
