IFFCO Tokio's social media campaign on FreedomToSmile

IFFCO Tokio General Insurance has launched a digital campaign on social media showcasing how a small act of generosity can make a big difference in someone’s life. The two-month long campaign called “#FreedomToSmile” has been started with an aim to inspire people to spread out smiles by doing an act of kindness, no matter how big or small.

The campaign action plans comprise posting more than 90 posts and videos of users, including Varun Pruthi, who is a well-known actor and dancer. He is a humanitarian and is known for creating motivational videos and bringing smile on people’s faces. He has shot an inspiring video with an old man who was selling ear phones at Laxmi Nagar Metro Station, Delhi.

“Our campaign “Freedom to Smile” is in tune with the tagline of our company - 'Muskurate Raho'. Through this campaign, we extended this thought and asked our partners and followers to share their stories of how they brought a smile on someone’s face," said Mrs. Anamika Roy Rashtrawar, Whole time Director at IFFCO-Tokio.

One of the videos has also featured the Karnataka boy, Venkatesh, who guided the ambulance by wading through the flooded water. Venkatesh was applauded throughout the country for showing courage in the midst of turmoil.

There is no bigger joy than an act of kindness. In this festive season IFFCO Tokio urges everyone to light up the lives of others by spreading the joy of giving.
