'India apni awaaz bacha ke rakho' says the new TVC of Neo Cricket!

Neo-Cricket has launched an interesting campaign for the India-Australia starting from October 1st 2010. The campaign is titled "India apni awaaz bacha ke rakho, aa raha hai Australia (India conserve your energy, the Aussies are coming)'. McCann Erickson is the agency handling the creative duties and it is reportedly said that the marketing spend is a little over Rs. 80 million.

Calling it the "Championship of the No.1s', the channel has a lot of expectation from the series as it is the biggest series in the world this year. India, being the number one Test team takes on Australia, the number one ODI team, thus the series will be a clash of the champions.

The campaign has already gone live on the channel in form of TVCs, promos and show integration and ads across various channels will go live this weekend. Various magazines, newspapers and websites have also carried advertisements for the series. Besides, the channel has also delved into social media campaign, and it is very active across various platforms right now.

Talking exclusively to Adgully, Ashish Bahl, Head - Marketing and Communications, Neo Sports Broadcast Pvt Ltd, said, "The budgets for the campaign are significant. Since we are doing four TVC's, and we are also using print, online, social media extensively. We are also planning unique and innovative programming integration on Dial C and Cricket Central and print ads in trade magazines, mainline and regional dailies."
