In the final Opinion Poll before first phase of voting, INDIA NEWS - JAN KI BAAT has projected a victory for Yogi Adityanath led BJP in a highly polarised Uttar Pradesh election, comfortable majority for Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab and a slender edge for BJP in a tough electoral battle in Uttarakhand.

In Uttar Pradesh, BJP is projected to get anywhere between 228 - 254 seats and could get a voteshare of 41.3 ro 43.5%. Samajwadi Party alliance under Akhilesh Yadav's spirited leadership is expected to get its highest ever projected voteshare of 35.5% to 38%. AAP PROJECTED TO GET 60+ IN PUNJAB

Congress which declared Charanjit Singh Channi as it's Chief Ministerial face on Sunday is expected to get anywhere between 33-39 seats and is projected to get a voteshare of 34% - 35%.
