India's Best Dramebaaz opens with 3.5 TVR

The Week 8’13 TAM ratings are out and Zee TV’s recent non-fiction launch ‘India’s Best Dramebaaz’ has zoomed right past competition to rule the reality roost in its very first week with a robust opening of 3.5 TVR. Audiences in Mumbai have responded with a whopping 4.2 TVR for the first episode that showcased the auditions in the city. Putting children in the age range of 5-12 years through a series of tasks and challenges, India’s Best Dramebaaz is a homegrown talent hunt show that will groom them as actors and test their creativity, spontaneity and acting ability. Following DID L’il Masters and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs, the successful opening of the show proves yet again that Zee TV understands children like no one else does!

The show has Vivek Oberoi, Anurag Basu and Sonali Bendre as the judges along with actors Rithvik Dhanjani and Ragini Khanna as hosts. It creates an atmosphere that makes kids come out of their shells and act effortlessly . Over three months ago, Zee TV began its countrywide search for the 18 brightest, spunkiest, most mischievous and talented kids from across the country. Zee TV’s talent scouts have conducted auditions in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Nagpur, Patna, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Indore, Lucknow, Ranchi and Dehradun and the short-listed contestants are currently undergoing comprehensive workshops on honing their talent. The upcoming weekend features the excitement from the auditions of Ahmedabad on Saturday, 2nd March and Kolkata on Sunday, 3rd March.
