India Today Group appoints Rahul Kumar Shaw as CEO of TV & Radio biz

India Today Group announced its Q2 2021 financial results and key appointments. Rahul Kumar Shaw has been appointed to the role of CEO of television and radio business. The appointment will be effective from the day of receipt of approval from the regulatory authority.

Salil Kumar has been appointed as CEO – Digital Business and Krishna Raju Arora has been appointed as COO – Distribution and International Business.

The company’s CFO Dinesh Bhatia has resigned from his position and handed over the reins to Yatender Kumar Tyagi. Bhatia has been assigned a business strategy role in the company.
