Indra Nooyi joins Amazon's Board of Directors

Indra Nooyi who until October last year was CEO of PepsiCo has joined Amazon’s Board of Directors. The e-commerce giant announced that Starbucks executive Rosalind Brewer has also joined the board.

Nooyi has been the CEO of PepsiCo since October 2006 till October 2018. She also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at PepsiCo between May 2007 till February 2019. She had been associated with PepsiCo since 1994 and has served in various capacities including corporate strategy and developing, finance, strategic planning and was appointed as their President and Chief Financial Officer in the year 2001.
