INS notice of disaccreditation to 5 ad agencies for non-clearance of dues

The Indian Newspaper Society has served Notice of Disaccreditation to five agencies w.e.f. from September 2, 2021, in view of unsatisfactory payment position and for not complying with the Accreditation Rules.

These five agencies are:

  • Flags Communications and Prachi Media Consultants (a division of I Connect Enterprise) – both Delhi based ad agencies
  • Shalini Publicity & Creative – Mumbai based ad agency
  • Shree Padma Publicity – Pune based ad agency
  • Flame Advertising – Chennai based ad agency

INS has advised its member publications not to accord credit facility to these five ad agencies during the period of notice, while making all efforts to realise their unpaid dues. The Society also alerted its members to the possibility that ads released by these five agencies might be routed through other accredited agencies.

INS warned that members would be accepting ads released by these five agencies on credit basis only at their own risk.
