Inspire Brands buy out Dunkin' Brands

Inspire Brands have announced the buying of Dunkin' Brands which owns Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins ice cream. 

The deal is said to be $8.8 billion including debt, which will raise the transaction to $11.3 billion. 

By adding Dunkin', Inspire Brands will have a total of more than 31,600 restaurants and combined sales of $26 billion with 600,000 employees.

The transaction will be finalized by the end of this year.
