Instagram lets users to upload uninterrupted stories

Instagram has rolled out a new feature globally that will allow users to upload longer uninterrupted Stories, the Meta-owned social network has confirmed.
Videos longer than 15 seconds and up to 60 seconds that is of one minute duration won’t be separated into segments.
Instagram is carrying out the ability for its users to upload stories up to one minute. With this, videos longer than 15 seconds won’t be broken into different segments.
After this change, the users are allowed to post continuous stories and viewers will also no longer have to continuously tap to get through it.
Now the users have two options when it comes to posting a video longer than 15 seconds.
Recently, Instagram has made a system change that enables all video posts that are shorter than 15 minutes being automatically shared as Reels.
"Now, you'll be able to play and create Stories continuously for up to 60 seconds, instead of being automatically cut into 15 second clips," a Meta spokesperson told TechCrunch. "We are always working on ways to improve the Stories experience," the spokesperson added.
