Is BARC India CEO Partho Dasgupta stepping down?

Some senior industry leaders have confirmed to Adgully that Partho Dasgupta, CEO, BARC India, is set to put in his papers. It is not clear yet whether he will continue to be associated with the industry measurement body. 

The development comes close on the heels of the BARC India appointed oversight committee submitting its report on Outlier Policy. Giving a clean chit to the Outlier Policy, the two-member committee led by Nakul Chopra and Praveen Tripathi, stated that the current process is accurate and unbiased and recommended BARC India to continue to follow the process as it is.
